Yoga
The Quilt Room
Yoga with Sonia is a basic yoga class for all levels. Classes are bi-weekly on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM (please check dates each month). Registration is required. Check schedule and register through the Event Calendar.
Dementia Caregiver’s Support Group
The Loft
The Dementia Caregiver’s Support Group is run by Alzheimer’s New Jersey and meets the last Wednesday of each month from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. It is open to open to anyone caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. Please register through Alzheimer’s New Jersey.
Join the Bookies on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM to discuss each month’s book. Books are available at the circulation desk. No registration required. All are welcome!
