Adult Craft Programs This Fall

Join us as we express our creativity at the library’s special craft sessions this autumn. Registration is required for all sessions and is limited to Allendale residents.

Sew Your Own Library Tote Bag – Onsite at Lee Memorial Library – In-Person with instructor Ellen Lumpkin Brown of Sew It!

Learn or refresh basic machine sewing skills during this 3-hour free workshop. Ellen will guide you through the fun step-by-step process to learn how to sew a versatile, fully lined tote bag with a pocket; sturdy enough to hold lots of books. Sewing machines will be provided for each participant along with a nicely curated selection of fabrics and all materials needed to complete the project. NO SEWING EXPERIENCE NEEDED. You will leave the workshop with your completed project. Ages 18+ please.

Casually Creative® Take & Make Craft Kits are available every other Monday at the library, first-come, first served, while supplies last.  Enjoy at home at your leisure. One per Allendale household please.
