Who is eligible to check out museum passes?
- Allendale card holders age 18+ who are in good standing (no fines).
- Museum passes are restricted to one per HOUSEHOLD (not per card) during a check out period – strictly enforced.
How can I reserve a pass?
- To accommodate the need for timed-entry tickets, contract tracing information and other requirements implemented by the museums, passes are currently available on a first come, first served basis and CANNOT BE RESERVED.
What is required to check out a museum pass?
- A valid library card. (Deposits are NO LONGER required.)
Passes may NOT be returned in the book drop. If the pass is returned late or in the book drop, a fine of $25 PER DAY will be levied to the borrower’s library card. If the pass is not returned within seven days, the full replacement cost of the pass will be charged to the card holder.
Will the library request timed-entry passes for me?
- The museums prohibit library staff from making reservations on behalf of others. It is solely the responsibility of the patron to be aware of the requirements for entry, which vary from museum to museum. Visit the museum web site for details prior to checking out a pass.
