Book Clubs in the Area

Our library is a large part of the book lovers community in Allendale. Our services include providing books for private book clubs and hosting community book groups for all ages. If you need to submit a request for a book group, please visit the “LML Book Club” page. Visit the “Teen” and “Kids” tab on our home page for more information on Book Clubs for our younger audience.

Lee Memorial Library provides books for the following groups:

  • Hillside School Book Club –  Hillside and Brookside School Staff meet every 3rd Wednesday of each month. Multiple copies of each month’s title are located at the front desk and are available for checkout.   • Allendale Woman’s Book Club - The Allendale Woman’s Club hosts a book club each month starting at 7:30pm. Multiple copies of each month’s title are located at the front desk and are available for checkout.   • Allendale Newcomer’s Book Club – The Allendale Newcomer’s Book Club hosts a meeting each month. Multiple copies of each month’s title are located at the front desk and are available for checkout. There are additional book groups available in the BCCLS Library consortium. Some examples of groups include: Cookbook Club, Coffee Talk Book Club, Mom’s Night Out Book Club, and much more!
